A nifty tool
by Richard
This does look like a good idea. I was browsing my local hardware store when I came across nut drivers and thought of my Polymer 80 build. I picked up a 3/16" driver and thought I was golden for paying $3.99. When I got home I realized the driver had a slight chamfer on the end of the socket, which would mean the thin Glock front sight screw head would spin in the socket towards the end of the installation. The tool pictured does not appear to have a chamfer. So I got the Dremel and ground down to remove the chamfer. The deep socket allowed plenty of room.
Then I realized the driver diameter was ever so slightly larger that the circular depression in the slide. So, back to the Dremel to grind around the circumference of the nut driver to reduce it to fit the depression.
Bottom line: My hardware store tool worked just fine. Go that route if you want to grind and save 6 bucks. I recommend getting this tool.
Form factor too small
by Rajeev
IMO, the form factor too small. It's not very easy to get a Great grip on the handle (knurled part). Perhaps this is necessary to avoid being able to over tighten the FS screw. It's nice and it works, but I'd like to have a better grip and more control when I'm turning it. No problems with Glockstore. In fact, my experiences have been well with customer service and returns. Also I wanted to mention this vendor to recommend them.

Great tool for the price.

I've used this tool on more than one Glock and it works great. I plan to use it on many many more Glocks as I'm a Gun dealer and change sights for customers.
TruGlo Sight Tool
by Dr Rick -
It helps to have the right tools for the right job. This TruGlo front sight tool features a knurled weighted handle that gives better grip, balance and stability in handling of the tiny screw. The recess in the end allows for ease of application of thread locker and holds the screw in place during assembly.
Nice little tool

The tool worked for what it was advertised for, I was able to install the front TRUGLO sight. My only gripe would be if they could add a magnet to the end or maybe a rubber coating to help your screw not to fall out of the tool when you are trying to place it.
