GS 9mm to .380 Conversion Barrel for Gen5 Glocks

Shooting .380 from a 19 or 45 slide with our conversion barrel substantially reduces felt recoil compared to shooting 9mm. Glocks chambered in .380 share the same extractor and EDP assembly meaning you won't have to change any internals for reliable function.

You do not need .380 magazines to use this barrel, however you may want to use .380 caliber specific magazines to ensure reliable function. If you prefer using .380 magazines, we have a kit that includes 2x Glock factory .380 mags. The kit can be found here.

This barrel fits Gen1-5 Glock 19 and Gen5 Glock 45.
