These are Factory Rebuilt Glock 23 Gen4 .40S&W Uppers offered as Complete.
These are uppers that have been brought back up to par by Glock after being sent back to the factory. They usually start as display models and/or have cosmetic blemishes that do not pass Glock Inc.'s quality control. After they replace any worn parts and refinish the metal they are then listed as “rebuilt.”
