Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of this item, the Polymer80 lower is non-refundable once it has been modified in any way.
Federal law states that you can build a firearm for personal use. This law has been in effect for years but no one knows when or if it will be changed or repealed.

Now is your best time to purchase the Polymer80 lower. This do-it-yourself kit accepts Glock factory parts and we at the GlockStore have assembled both a Lower Parts Kit and an Upper Parts Kit to help you build the Polymer80 into a fully functional firearm. Of course, you probably already knew that!

The Polymer80 is the best lower kit available. In fact, at this time, it is the only 80% lower available. Nonetheless, it is very high quality and we've seen many complete guns that have turned out great. We've also seen some that were not finished correctly so it is extremely important that you read and follow the directions.

There are a lot of reasons to purchase an 80% lower. We here to support your choice with the information and parts you need to make it a reality.

Great Product and the build was easier than the full sized frame

by

Just received my compact frame today 3/11/17 and completed the build within 3 hours. Instead of using the bits as I did on the full sized frame I decided on using flat files to cut down the frame which was fairly easy. I filed it down just enough to clear the slide and not all the way down to the jig. I would file and insert the slide rails and file until the frame cleared. Used a Dremel with the small 1/2 inch sanding drum to sand out the recoil spring channel. After that drilling the holes went without a hitch. After installing the lower parts kit I lubed up the slide rails, between the trigger bar and connector, firing pin safety etc.... and installed the slide. I racked the slide and released and it dropped into battery. WOW, Polymer 80 nailed this compact kit. Can't wait to test fire it. Now if only Polymer 80 would fit the full sized frame with the rear slide rails they would have 2 great kits hands down. Good Job Polymer 80! By the way I ordered 2 kits already!

compact polymer 80

awesome product simple to machine great end results, hope they produce frame for a glock 30 in the future, the new rear rail insert is a big improvement from original.

Awesome Product

by

What an awesome product. completing the lower is so easy. I haven't gotten to shoot it yet. Comes with all the tools you need to finish.

Easy build, terrific results

by

Just got my Poly80 lower the other day, took about two hours to build it today, and then shot it this evening. Put 250rds of various brand names and even some cheap reloads through it. Worked flawlessly -not a single jam, FTF, FTE, nothing. The grip texture is excellent and feels comfortable in the hand. The lower kit (purchased separately for $125) went right in with no issues. The molded red case with the drill hole patterns made assembly a snap. Will definitely be getting more of these..

Wow!!

by

All I have to say is if you don't get one you are missing out! If you take your time and be careful you can do it with a good set of files and a drill and some sand paper even taking my time it still only took about an hour and a half.

Thing of beauty!!!

by

To bad we can't post pictures of the finished product! She came out looking spectacular. Pumped I decided to go with this build over the full size. I like the metal rails all around. Also not looking to dive to far down the glock rabbit hole by doing my own stippling, the grip and feel from out of the box is great. This was the right choice. Honestly it was almost too easy. I had the entire build completed in under two hours using a $99 harbor hreight mini drill press, vise, Dremel, and files. Lenny is spot on with it being a little tight, but after a very generous use of gun butter and 100 racks, it's working like an OEM out of the carrying case. After my wife saw it finished she wants me to build another... Honestly how many times do you hear your wife tell you go spend more money? If you're on the fence, this is far from being a over complicated build. I'm in sales, I'm no machinist, not a handy man, I'm just your average guy that has some tools and loves the 2nd...

Polymer80 build

by

I have built many 1911 80 percent guns and wanted to change things up. Purchased the polymer80 kit and love it. Took no time at all to finish the frame and put a complete g23 slide on it. Next will be the conversion barrel and rmr sights. Many options with this frame. Love it!

Easy Build and No malfunctions

by

1st time building a polymer80 Gloc 23. It took about 3 hours with a crappie drill press and Dremal. I didn't file everything as smooth as I wanted but I wanted text it anyway. I took it out to the desert and fired 12 times without a single malfunction.

Glock 23 Pf940c

by

I am absolutely floored how well this thing performed. I must admit that I watched the video about 8 times while I was waiting on the compact to be released. I sanded with wd40 up to a 2500 grit and my rails looked exactly like the ones from the factory. I ran 200 rounds without a hiccup, brought it home and immediately ordered a second one. It took half the time to do the second one, which was about 2 hours. Went to the range today and ran about 75 rounds through the 2nd one without a hiccup. I have told all of my friends about the polymer80 compact. I suggest you go ahead and get you one of these.!!!!!!!

Amazing product

by

Completing this lower was very straight forward and easy. The G23 went together flawlessly. After adding a complete upper and the trigger group, off to the range. I used .40 S&W from three different manufacturers. After 300 rounds, 100 rounds from each different manufacturer, I did not experience a single issue. This was a great project. The cost is a little more, but it was worth it. I hope Polymer80 will come out with an incomplete lower for a .45. As always, the Glock Store provides everything at competitive prices with great service.

Thank You!

Terrific Build!

by

Much easier to build than the full sized model. The rear rail module really makes this build easy and produces a very nice and dependable weapon. I have run 1,000 rounds through this build and can't wait until they come out with the full sized model with this rail module. Get one. Ya can't go wrong.

Couldn't be easier or better, Great engineering on this masterpiece.

by

I watched many videos and some were good and some were complete morons using the end mill trying to plunge cut the guide spring channel. I put it in the jig and used my EDC knife that's sharp and just scored the 4 top pieces to be removed and just like cutting sheetrock scored the outsides and just bent them in and snapped off clean. 4 the channel I did the same thing, just tracing out the lines and took out of the jig so I could score both sides of the channel and just as b4 just bent with needle nose and it came out clean and just cleaned up some more with my knife Drilling the holes I can't stress enough that the holes must be perfectly straight. Just try putting the pins in the rails outside the frame to see how tight the tolerances R and you will see just how precise they need to B drilled, It took me 1/2Hr. 2 do this while just lying in bed, no drill press required, only used hand drill for the pin holes.Would recommend 2 anybody. I had 2 cut out words because 1k max, but

So awesome I bought a second one!

by

First one went together with out a hitch using all factory Glock19 parts so I built a second one with all agency arms parts. The ergonomics and finish is excellent and I did not have any issues at the range when putting 500 rounds through each gun. Using it a my EDC now! Glockstore was very fast and efficient sending both lowers out and their videos were very helpful.

Nice!!!

by

I put this kit together with a Dremel, drill, file and sandpaper. I cut 1/32 off from the slide stop spring and sanded the back rail until the slide slid on smoothly. I lubed it up and fired 200 rounds of Remington 115 grain FMJ. The gun ran flawlessly with Glock lower parts kit and Glock slide. Really nice product. Fast delivery from the Glockstore.

Just few words

by

As stated by other people, this frame is tighter and thicker than OEM frames and have beefier rails. Patience is your friend when you are milling it.

In Lenny's video, he showed that his PF940C could fit in various holster. In my limited experience, mine could not fit into Blade Tech's Total Eclipse Holster without me trimming the trigget guard.

Incredible!

by

This is hands down the best compact Glock frame you can buy. I have a real G19, and I like this frame WAY better then the real one. The mag release area of the grip is recessed so you dont need an extended mag release. Some of them can be kind of clumsy. With this frame, the OE Glock Mag release works perfect, even if you have short fingers. The trigger guard is undercut, so you get your hand closer to the bore axis. As a firearms instructor, I can tell you the closer your hand is the the bore axis, you will instinctively shoot better. I also like the lack of finger grooves which allows me to get my hand tighter on the grip. But what I found most amazing was that this gun is REALLY difficult to get out of someones hand if they have a grip on it. One of the things I teach is how to disarm someone with a gun using the "wrist twist method". When you have a good grip on this gun, it is extremely difficult to be disarmed.

Get one

by

It took me about an hour to build this. You can go as clean and neat or just enough to get by and it'll take it. I've put 2 together. A 23 and a 19. Both had one issue with being tight on the rails but a little polishin and lead throwin it works just like factory.

GIRLS CAN BUILD THEM TOO!

by

I just finished my 1st ever build! The instructions were very straight forward and simple.

I didn't have a drill press so I used dremel, sand paper, file. It took me longer than everyone else to finish but it all paid off. To test fire it I loaded 1round of .40 S&W in the mag. just to be safe. It fired and the slide locked back just like a Glock. So I loaded up a 4 more magazines with 13 rds. ea. and let it rip!

It was all good after 200 rds. no malfunctions! It worked! If I can do it with my limited experience anyone can, it just takes patients. I ordered the smooth frame so I could try some stippling. It turned out awesome and was a lot of fun to do! This is now my new favorite to be proud of. I just have to name it.

Thank you GS for having the coolest stuff. I only wish I lived closer to the store...but glad I live in a FREE state, for now at least.

Seriously extremely nice..

by

This new design is lightyears ahead of the original g17 version. The stippling is amazing. Its really grippy, but has this smooth, nice feel at the same time. Already pre stippled, and have the undercuts done for you. This thing is perfect if you drill the holes straight, thats literally the hardest part, and its not even that bad. You can literally file off the top blocks by hand (may take awhile but will be precise) or just grab your dremel and get it down close, and finish off with a file. Piece of cake.

Better than a factory glock lower

by

I was blown away with how easy this was to finish. I used a drill press, but have no doubts this could have been done just a good with simple hand tools. I decided to go with a custom slide, so I did have to rack it about 150-200 times before it would move smoothly. With a Glock factory slide I'm sure it would not have required as much effort. Everything about this lower is exceptional. I field tested it putting about 250-300 rounds down range. I did have three malfunctions within the first 25 rounds but after that, she was flawless. I would have complete trust in this weapon as a daily carry. Do yourself a favor and get one... maybe two of these. They are fun to finish and even better to shoot. Plus they look great.

Easy & Fun

by

Great build, had some minor issues, thought I messed it up, but got advice from friend and found out it was just me, finished product, and it rocks haven't tested it live fire, yet, but ordering magazines and waiting. All in all loved it.

Totally Awesome!

by

My first ever build for a Polymer 80. Used only a Dremel, a drill, file, and sandpaper. Did not use a drill-press at all. Took me about an hour after watching YouTube videos for a while. Had ZERO problems to my surprise, and it was pretty easy. Can't wait for the full size to be available so I can build another one. I've been shooting it with my Glock 23 slide and I have had no issues or problems what so ever. 😊

What a Lower

by

I think I received the first one in San Diego when the Glock Store got them in. Since I had already finished 2 PF940 full size lowers this one didn't present any problems. I now have 3200 rounds of 9mm through the weapon and it's my go to. Believe it or not I fire it more that my custom Glock 19. Can't say enough about this lower. Get one, you wouldn't be disappointed.
