Magazine Advanced Release System (MARS) for Glocks

Love it! Works flawlessly in gen 3 G17. Looks cool, has extended button for right hand thumb release and is easy to activate with your index finger on either side. It is a little hard to activate the release with your thumb on the left hand but it gives you options. I'd recommend it.

I recently purchased a MARS unit for my Gen 3 Glock. I am a Lefty and I LOVE this thing !!! I release the magazine with my left index finger but this unit operates MUCH MORE positively than a polymer mag release. I would definitely buy one again.

This should be the release that comes from the factory. 110% improvement over stock mag releases. It’s a no brainer upgrade.

Love this thing! Made a huge difference in my being able to release an empty magazine. Do not have to change my grip anymore. Also took less than 10 minutes to install.

I read the reviews so I installed two of the for a friend they work excellent. So whether your right or left handed this mag release compliments both right and left handed shooters!The best I've seen so far!

This things is everything it's advertised to be! I can quickly and reliably drop mags with either hand and on either side of the gun. Solid and well-built too. Easy install.

Need to make for Glock 21 and 30 please, love them on other Glocks I own.

I have 2 G23 Gen4s. I use this on one of them. I love the ambidextrous aspects of the MARS system. I'm right-handed, but do some things with my left when multi-tasking. So overall this is really helpful because it allows me to consider doing the same with my gun. If my RH is ever unavailable, I can always shoot lefty with the one that has MARS. I would recommend making this with colors. It would fit nice in areas where users want to style their guns.

Got it for my G17 long slide. As a lefty it’s Easier to manipulate with the index finger and doesn’t dig in to your trigger finger. My only gripe is it’s hard to push the Ambi side of the release. If it stuck out a little more to give leverage it would be perfect.

Been waiting to get this for a minute, was able to finally pull the trigger on it. Absolutely crucial upgrade in my opinion. Being able to transition to using the trigger finger on my strong hand instead of having to manipulate the firearm to use the thumb release shaves off precious time in reloading. It's comfortable and after just a few minutes of drills I was beating my previous times on reloading. It just felt natural.

Not sure what it is but the Glock mag wouldn’t lock in unless I really jam it in. I also have an agency arms magwell.

This dual side mag release is very well executed. I love my HK P30 with paddle release and this is as close as I feel I am gonna get to a paddle on a Glock. I can (mostly) retain the same grip posture while releasing a spent mag. I am very happy with this product.

Easy to install on my Glock 27 gen 3, after watching the install video. Now I can drop the magazine from both sides of the gun.

I bought this because I'm a lefty and own a G19 G3. While the idea of the M.A.R.S. is good, it still isn't perfect. The right side of release is quite difficult to push in with my left thumb and release the mag. However, the left side of the release is easy to push in with my left middle finger. Another way of releasing the mag on the right side is using your right thumb which also works for me. Plus I can put a little more force into the release. In the end, the M.A.R.S. is still a lot better than the stock mag release.

LOVE IT!!! WORKS AMAZING….. easy and quick to install, as a petite women with small hands, this helped tremendously. Looks great as though it was part of the piece from the get go on my G19. The extended button for right hand thumb release works good and I can use my index finger on the right side as well. I highly recommend it… I’m going to buy another one as back up and one for my son’s G19 as well.

I got one for my roland special and love it, going to get another for my ccw, glock should just make these standard
