GS Custom 43X 9mm Combat Optic Cut Ulterra Fragment w/ Holosun 507K

Amazing both in look and use. The shipment was received at my local gun shop and the person helping me was so impressed with every aspect of the gun. He commented on the look and all the custom upgrades. When I pointed out all the upgrades - step by step - the reaction to each feature just drove him crazy. I'm the happy customer, but I would say the local gun dealer was just totally jealous and I think SOLD. Many thanks to all the staff and builders.

I had the same experience as a previous reviewer: the guys at the gun shop where I picked up my GS Custom 43X were VERY impressed with the look of the firearm and all of the custom features. It is the perfect size for concealed carry either in my Crossbreed IWB holster or the Galco "World's Best Concealment Holster" recommended by Lenny. The Ulterra Fragment treatment is very subtle and complements the pistol. I like that the controls are all black (as a concealed carry pistol should be in my view). I upgraded the Holosun 507K optic from red to green for a few bucks more and added a Talon Grips rubber grip which makes this gun nearly perfect. I really like the rear sight placed in front of the optic. My only disappointment was that the gun did not come with a standard 10-round magazine (or two). The +2 & +4 mags are great but for close concealment a standard 10-rounder would be nice. I ordered a couple and put Pearce mag extenders on them. Overall, a GREAT pistol.
