No gunsmithing required with this Red Dot Optic Mount!

The Red Dot Backup for Glock Handguns fits into the factory rear sight dovetail with no modification. This mount is also CNC Machined from US Mill certified bar stock, and Nitride coated to protect it from damage and corrosion.

The Multiple Red Dot Option was designed for and tested with the following red dot models: Vortex Viper, Vortex Venom, Doctor RDS, Jpoint RDS, Leupold DeltaPoint, Sig Romeo 1, and the Burris FastFire.

Each RBU also features fixed Iron Sights at Suppressor Height for co-witness with your Red Dot Optic of choice!

Please Note: The Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Compatible model does not include a rear sight. This mount is designed for use with the optional rear sight found here.

The Trijicon Compatible model also fits the Holosun 507c Red Dot Optic, but does NOT fit the Trijicon SRO.

Mount does NOT fit Glock 42/43/43X/48.

Good plate but...

Pro - Convenient if you dont want to wait weeks for slide cut for red dot. Works very well for mounting red dot yourself. Snug, well machined . Does not elevate the red dot too high. Used with vortex viper, consitent sub 3" groups at 15yrds with .45acp G21 alphawolf barrel, GS ultimate trigger package and fmj 230 grn.

Con- Tritium insert is so small it is useless in low light etc. Difficult to co-witness with iron sights in day also - needs a high visibility front blade in day and larger tritium inserts - this would make it worth the $150.

Good over all

Worked as expected, holds the HOLOSUN 507C V2 sight perfectly, The one Issue I have is the inner corners of the rear sight a very sharp and tend to snag on my uniform shirt. Other than the one issue I would recommend this item.

I don't really know what to say, I really like it, it looks great on my Glock and its nice not having to get my slide machined.
