We are currently open and operating under California’s Social Distancing Guidelines. This has dramatically affected the speed at which we can ship items.

We are, unfortunately, still behind in picking orders. To see what day we are shipping from, please visit our homepage. We have what Day We Are Shipping From at the top of the page.

If you HAVE NOT received any emails from us since you received the ORDER CONFIRMATION, there is NOTHING WRONG with your order.

All orders are being picked on a When Ordered basis. Expedited shipping methods DO NOT speed up the picking process. However, your order will still be shipped via that method.

To be clear, choosing FedEx Saver - Three Day does not mean your package will be there in three days from when you place your order. It means it will be there in three days, once it’s shipped.

Order Cancellations:

Our policy has alway been to only accept cancellations via telephone.

During these “socially distanced” times, our phone lines are continually full. We will endeavor to honor Cancel Order requests via this Contact Us page, but please be advised… if you Have Not gotten a cancellation email from us, your order Has Not been cancelled.

Our current telephone support hours are Monday ~ Friday from 8am to 5pm, PST.

To Cancel Via Email:

1) Send your Email to CustomerService@GlockStore.com

2) Type “Cancel Order” in the Subject Line.

3) Include your Sales Order (SO) # for the fastest response.

4) Receive Confirmation Email that your order has been cancelled within 1-2 Business Days.

If we have billed you for your order, we will process your refund immediately. Depending on your bank/card issuer, the refund will be posted within 3 to 5 business days.

To Return Via Email:

1) Send your Email to CustomerService@GlockStore.com

2) Type “Get RMA” in the Subject Line.

3) Include your Sales Order (SO) # for the fastest response.

4) Tell us which product or products you want to return. Please include the relevant Item #s.

5) Briefly describe why you want to return the item or items.

You will receive shipping instructions via email within 24-48 hours, or 1-2 business days.
