Works better than advertised! Arthritic thumb pain interfered with locking the slide and/or showing clear. My new Shorthorn charging handle on the Glock 19 is just what the doctor ordered. Installation for this non-gunsmith was super easy and took less than 60 seconds. If your thumbs hurt, buy this!

I got one of these no horn ambi charging handles for my wife to try out on my Glock 19 gen 3. She liked it so much that she bought her very own Glock 19 gen 3 and I put that one on hers.
Every girl that has either tried it out or shot the gun with it on there has found it so much easier to pull the slide back and control the slide to engage the extended slide catch / release that I run as well.
She had tried out several others guns, but the no horn ambi charging handle on a Glock 19 made all the difference.
So I'm buying another one to put back on my Glock 19 in case she needs to use it in a pinch.

I really like this as an accessory. I was looking for something to really make my Gucci Glock standout. I was looking at engraved, colored, and other customized back plates. Then I found this and it was perfect. I went with the shorthorn over the longhorn due to fitting in gun cases, and I went with the left hand over the right hand due to holster closeness to my body.

In case it is unclear, the Left Hand options means that the horn will be on the right side of the slide.

Just received mine today, it slid right in place and looks great. Would be nice if you could get them with custom engraving on the back. I'd pay a little extra for it.

Found this slide pull handle and thought I would give it a try. Sometimes I have a difficult time gripping the slide. Easy to install. Watched a video and changed it out in about 2 minutes. I love this handle! You can still grip the slide as usual but if you need to, you can always use this handle if your fingers just can't grip that day. I will install this on a few of my glocks!

I grabbed 2 of these about six months ago and dropped them in my box of Glock parts to put on later. Wow, that was dumb. It litterally takes longer to open the package than it takes to install. My wife and I shoot 3-Gun and are both in our 60's. We are certainly able to "show clear" without this accessory but these make it soooooo much easier to stand and hold the slide back for the prolonged time while the RO ensures safety. Love this!
