Glock Factory Minus Connector - 4.5 lb.
The 4.5 lb connector is marked with a (-) located at the top of the piece. Most GLOCK pistols are fitted at the factory with 5.5 lb Trigger Pull. This "minus" connector is a Glock factory part designed to reduce trigger pull to 4.5lbs.

Glock Minus connector. The basis of a good trigger in stock Glock pistols.

I use these connectors in trigger jobs for pistols used for the stock divisions in GSSF matches, where all parts have to be Glock factory parts. In conjunction with the Performance Trigger in my G44, after polishing all parts that may rub together, I have a very smooth, and reliable, 3.25 lb pull with a crisp let-off and very little over travel.
